MSG Hotel help?

I know there have been threads about hotels, but I was just wondering if someone could help me out a little with priceline or hotwire. I've used hotwire before, but never priceline and I was just wondering if it is better to try to get a room now (for one night after the 21st show) or wait til closer to the show?

And if anyone had any info or tips on bidding on priceline please fill me in. I'm clueless :?

    check out http://www.betterbidding.com. As far as I know, hotwire and priceline each have hotels that participate in their programs. Neither site will let you know the specific hotel available, but this is where the better bidding website is pretty helpful. I don't have my hotel yet either, but I'm not sure if I'm going to bid and roll the dice or just pay a bit more and select a specific hotel.
