Crazy that you would say this D, I just got done playing my very 1st ever jazz concert in school a few hours ago, I play the drums, It's such a fun type of music to play, I definatly have no regrets joining the class, I think rats would be cool because of all the bass thats already in it.

A spoken word version of Push Me Pull Me, slowed down significantly. Features nothing but Eddie, Matt w/ shakers, and Jeff on an upright bass.

I've always wanted to hear alive in a jazz setting. Or at least with a little more swing.
  • I've always thought Indifference has had a lot of jazzy elements, and would sound cool jazzed up a little more. Especially the guitar solo.

    Speaking of jazz

Pretty much a standard, but it's what got me into jazz

Look up Mood Indigo by Rachael Price if you ever get the time. Fantastic modern jazz singer.
Do you see the way that tree bends? Does it inspire?

This is a pretty good question dmitrispearljam.

Maybe All or None? Maybe they'll cover someone else's song?

you guys are reading too much into the festival name.. It is the Jazz and HERITAGE festival.. Rock and Roll is the bastard child of Jazz Country and Blues.. All three forms are deeply rooted in New Orleans heritage.. All three forms are very present in the PJ catalog.. The boys will do what they do and it will fit in perfectly.. Trust me.. I've seen plenty of people play Jazz Fest sets.. I really don't expect them to change what they do.. But.. A Fats Domino cover would kick MAJOR ASS!! :D
