Whats with all the pens during the signing?

I just watched Obama sign the bill, and saw something I've never seen before, he used about 20 pens to sign the thing. Whats up with that?

    So a lot of ppl can have a piece of history I would presume.

    It's common for all major bills. Every President does it to hand the pens out to people involved in the legislation.

    he used one to sign the tanning bed tax :lol: what a crock a shit.....a freak'n tanning bed tax ? for all you
