That I like backspacer but when I listen to it, it has to be JUST backspacer, I can't mix it with anything else, it just donsn't fit with anything else IMO, and if someting backspacer is on a boot I usally skip it because it like... I don't know how to explain it, throws me off a little I guess.

I know someday you'll have a beautiful life....
  • I think you're both crazy! I saw them in philly on 10/30/09, 10/31/09 and when they played Got Some I nearly jumped into the row in front of me....I think maybe you just need a little more time to get used to it. Can't WAIT for May. Long Live PJ.
No need to be void,... or save up on life...
You got to spend it all.....

  • It's not weird. It's very weird...
  • Get your point, but Backspacer has added a new realm of PJ in my mind. Sometimes I need a little "Fixer" on it. Old stuff still triples the goosebumps...but they still have it going on! 8-)
    Stay with me...Let's just breathe.
  • I had that feeling about Avacado until sometime in 2008. PJ tends to bring a new sound to each album, and it takes a while to digest it and accept it as part of the "PJ sound"

I totally agree with this! Every album after Vitalogy has had a fairly significant change in their sound. I just now have started to get into Avacodo more.
