I was wondering if "the Q" as they call it, is simular in size to The Palace of Auburn Hills? my seats are in the lower bowl but on the other side of the arena. wondering if its really far away? ps Tigers play Indians that day in Cleveland.. I am going to love Mother's day this year, even though mom isn't going...

I would say the Q is smaller than the palace. I have been to shows at both. I think the seating is the same, but the Q is set up so the stands are steeper. We went to u2 and we were almost looking straight down over the stage. Lower bowl should be pretty good

  • Yeah, I went to a NIN show in 08 @ the Q, it was a nice venue, I actually liked it better than The Palace. Too bad the Cleveland show is on Mothers Days I would have got tix for it. We grabbed a set for Columbus instead.

That is bad ass!! I am trying to get my brother to go.. He got to do a few dead shows, then Jerry RIP.. He followed phish and DMB for many years after, both i have seen on numerous occasions (at his request, especially DMB, I really don't like that fucker) and he will not go see Pearl jam.. I keep trying to tell him how simply amazing it is, how great the show is. In 2006 i saw them twice in michigan, in our back yard, and the total playing time for both shows touched 7 hours. I know dave don't do that shit.. maybe your buddy could put it into perspective for him
