I tried for a while, from work, then from home, was very frustrated. Then took a long break for kids and dinner, then tried again and was lucky to get tickets at about 9pm EDT. I checked about midnight EDT and the goods section was wide open, could select any ticket package, could see my order history, everything, no delays, no errors.
So I am not sure whether to be bitching or not......
Have to admit, I noticed that too. :x
I feel very sorry for the poor folks that missed out. :( 10C sound very apologetic for everything and definately sounds like they are going to scrap whatever system they had in place.
I hope those people can get their tickets from TM. Good luck guys.
