Refresh or just wait?

I'm on the page now where it says "tickets not available". Will the selection box pop up at 9 or do we need to refresh and deal with the wheel spinning endlessly? I never use this garbage so I'm unsure......

    The box will not automatically pop up.

    at nine ur gonna have to press refresh. then the box should be there. or ull have to refresh once more. its usually there though by nine.
