Ha ha. That's funny. Just Jeans does grunge eh? I remember back in the day when we used to search op shops(don't know what they're called in the US. Church shops?) so things that were 'grungey' enough. ;-)

    no dude thats something different.

tis the ultimate irony for me to see 'the grunge look' cost so much to achieve and for it to attain some sort of chic when those of us who due to limited economic means have dressed like this their entire lives.
    hear my name
    take a good look
    this could be the day
    hold my hand
    lie beside me
    i just need to say

    True that.
If only these major retail chains realise how fucking stupid they are.
Kurt would be laughing at them.

    Resale/thrift shops

Goodwill and Salvation Army's are all over the place
  • its odd they dont make a shirt kurt actually wore, or model it on a shirt he actually wore. indeed he wore alot of cardigans, but as a nirvana fanatic now for almost 2 decades, nearly my entire life, i can tell you i have never seen a picture of kurt in a cardigan styled like that. the one i am thinking of that immediately comes to mind is almost freddy kreuger esque, red and black. odd. so i guess the marketing strategy is, dress like kurt in a cardigan, in a style he never wore, in colors he never wore, most likely by a manufacturer he never wore.

I remember there was a sort of kermit green cardigan he used to wear all the time. Hmmm, or maybe that was one I got from a 'thrift shop' that I used to wear all the time! ;-)
