MSG Section 111 & 110 10C seats DONT GET THEM 10C!!!!
Last tour at MSG, 10C put me (a 160xxx) all the way to the left in section 110. While on the seating chart it looks good, the view is actually a behind the stage view. It really took me out of the concert not being able to see the bands faces the entire night. People with numbers higher than mine had a fantastic view of the stage 1 section over. 10C, PLEASE don't let MSG give you these subpar sections again. I was highly disappointed. I'm sure the same can be said about the view from the other side of the stage too. MSG really got away with giving you guys terrible seats and telling you that they were the best in the house. We even had speakers in our way too!!

ITT: OP has been unaware of behind the stage seating his whole life.0

Those are choice seats whine ass... i'll take 'em.0

I had the same issue too, my member # is 163xxx....we were seated to the right of the band's guests and definitely didn't have the best angle. It was nice to be close, but we were looking at the side or back of them most of the night0

Q: Can you hear the band?
A: Yes0 -

OP knows about behind the stage seats. They are for people who buy concert tickets last minute. There should be no reason for these to be deemed 'best seats in the house' and given to us. Are you close as shit to the stage, yes. But so are the people behind the stage and no one wants to watch the guitar techs, speakers and the back of Mike as he melts the faces off everyone in front of him. That's my complaint. Would I take them over what the people in the 300 level are getting, hell yes. That's why I said PLEASE, not 'F U 10C' like every other A-Hole in here. Who knows, I may end up on the floor. I was on the floor in Philly for every show but night 4 this year, and that had a shit ton of 10C members.9/24/96, 6/14/98, 9/18/98, 8/3/00, 9/1/00, 9/4/00, 4/28/03, 7/5/03, 7/6/03, 7/12/03, 7/14/03, 9/28/04, 9/29/04, 10/1/04, 9/15/05, 9/16/05, 9/19/05, 9/30/05, 10/03/05, 5/13/06, 5/27/06, 5/28/06, 6/1/06, 6/3/06, 6/19/08, 6/20/08, 6/24/08, 6/25/08, 8/7/08 (Eddie solo)0

Sat in 110 first night of the last MSG shows. Loved the seats. I thought they blew away sitting in the last few rows of the first floor section. I will sign up for them any day of the week.0

Sat behind the stage for Philly 4, loved it back there. It's a rock concert not a beauty pageant. But I guess the overly used phrase "to each his own" is in order.Yield!

In 2008 I was shut out for night 1, bought tix through Ticketbastard. The first pair I pulled were level 1 but way in the back of the building. The 2nd pair I pulled were level 1 behind the stage. I kept the behind the stage seats and gave the other pair to family. I checked out the view from their seats before PJ took the stage and truthfully I was very happy to be behind the stage for the show. Ed and the boys turned and gave us a song, and Ed worked the stage pretty well throughout the show. I've been to over 50 shows, many of them viewed from the side or behind the stage. I like watching all the goings on that those in front can't see and you can't get much closer without having someone's head in your way. And the behind the stage crowd tends to be exceedingly enthusiastic.
Of course neither choice could beat 2008 MSG night 2 when I got 10c seats, 5th row center. Love ya 10C, even though I was shut out for the 2010 MSG shows.
Peace,

In 2008 I had section 65... MSG... to the back side of the stage.... 7th row up... so close you could see mike whiskers when he played to the side... all night long. yeah that seat really sucked!!0

Have been to hundreds of concerts. Some of the best seats I ever had were 1st row directly behind the stage at MSG. I am a 173XXX fan club number and would take these before back of floor any day.tacos0
