sorry i know this doesn't belong on the porch, but face it, this forum gets more publicity...
we all know how important it is as part of the 10c to make sure re-sold tickets are at face value. however, i bough yankee redsox tickets, and for a crazy, hard to explain reason, i don't want them anymore...now buying them through TM i was obviously charged with service changes and convenience fees and what not...i want to sell them for face value, but then that puts me down 27 bucks in those extra fees...
so here is my question...
is it ok to spike up prices enough to cover the fees i payed? or do i just take the loss?

thanks for the help
it could go either weay , really.
I would take the loss for 27 bucks to regain the cost of the actual tickets,
but everyones own personal situation is different.
Best of Luck

there are 2 of them for 300 a piece (face value)...the reason i am reselling them is because i meant to request $150 tickets, but for some reason they gave me the $300 tickets...i didn't realize them, i only looked at the section and row and then looked up to see what the seat were like (they are amazing seats by the way section 122 row 29 seats 17 and 18...you can see a photo of the view if you go to seating and pricing on the yankees website under the yankee stadium tab) so i got excited at how good the seats are so i bought them assuming they were 150 like i thought i requested...i read the receipt at the end of the transaction it said i spent $627.70...i realized that i really can't afford that so i am reselling them since i can't simply return the tickets
so i don't know if that is high for you, but it's $300 a pop and $13.85 each for TM service fees...
yeah, we just sublet the WS championship for 8 years
