It's been a tense week, that's for sure! And I was one of the lucky ones, scoring all 3 shows that I wanted (including MSG II).
I know it's probably of little consolation at this point, but I'm sure Ten Club will continue to try to improve the ticket situation. Just think how they've evolved over the years? From a limit of one show to unlimited shows... from strict seniority to the block system (do you remember the blocks and the lines?) to the lottery... from mailing tickets out to picking up at the window to try to limit scalping, etc. etc.
The idea that's been tossed out is the lottery system (as they did for the Eddie solo shows). For the crazy markets (New York, Boston, etc.), this would make it fair for everybody with no need to plan a whole day around ordering and no need to click 'refresh' for hours and hours.
