EXCEEDED TIME LIMIT while processing??

My information was saved and I had a pair of tickets secured. I pressed "finish order" or whatever and 8 minutes later, it says I have exceeded my time limit. That's completely messed up.

    I got this error too!! Are you kidding me?!?!

    And I had tix during the 10Club presale and it wouldn't let me go thru all the steps in the "Checkout"...
