So Obama was on Campus Today

He came to my school to give is health care speech. I like Obama just fine, but was bummed about all of the excess traffic that this would cause on a normally mundane Friday of classes. No big deal though, I got in to school fine, went to class, and got out just in the nick of time as the Patriot Center (our arena that he spoke in) emptied out into the street. lucky for me I got out before they all got to their cars.

While driving through crowds of people very slowly I took the opportunity to roll down my windows and blast some Pearl Jam for all to hear!

Question of the day:
What Pearl Jam Album/Live Album would you blast with the windows rolled down, driving slowly through a crowd of people?

(for the record, I played Ten, only because I couldn't find Vs.)

    I've seen him twice. He was on every Campus TV, and I skipped class Wednesday so I couldn't really afford to skip Friday.

    Fair do's. I almost got to see him myself in Shanghai a few months back as he left the Portman hotel. I missed him by just a few minutes. Would have been cool to have seen him.

    Yeah, I saw him first during the campaign. He came to do a speech at the venue I work at. I was by the police gate and got to see his motorcade drive right by me. pretty cool.

    The second time I saw him was when I was at a Georgetown/Duke Basketball game at the Verizon Center in D.C. He and Biden had floor seats. again, pretty cool.

    I hope you get a chance to see him someday. I haven't met him personally, and I may not agree with him 100% on some things, but he seems like a real nice guy, and I'd love to just sit and chill with him or something.
