Today marks the 20th anniversary of Andy Wood's death...

I still love Mother Love Bone, and still miss Andy. It's so tough for me to think about the fact that if he hadn't passed we wouldn't have been blessed with both Temple Of The Dog, and Pearl Jam. The Lord, and the universe really do work in mysterious ways. R.I.P, Andy. I'm quite sure that you are a 'star in somebody else's sky'...

    Mother Love Bone was why I got into Pearl Jam. The original 5 song EP blew me away! RIP Andy!

    The strangest thing happened immediately after I started this thread. My girl & I were heading down to a tattoo shop where our friend works to get some new ink. So, we hop in the truck, turn on the radio, hit shuffle on her Ipod, and...what starts playing? 'Chloe Dancer/Crown Of Thorns'!!!!!! I freakin kid you not...We were speechless for half the ride. Thanks for watching over us Andy, and reminding us you're still here... :D

    love MLB, but got Malfunkshun not too long ago, and it's borderline unlistenable. I was surprised.

    It would be nice this year after doing Crown Of Thorns in 2000 if they would maybe cover Stagazer or Man Of Golden Words :)
