Hi all,

I am new to the club but have been a PJ fan for most of my teenage & adult life. I just got word of the NYC concert but am concerned about my chances of getting tix. Ticketmaster sent me an email saying that tix go on sale at 9am on Saturday, but i also saw that there is a presale starting at 2pm today. How does this work?? Does anyone know a way to cut the line?? Any help would be appreciated.

    Sorry I can't help you "cut the line". I'm just not sure of a way to make you getting tickets more important than anyone else.

    Wow...you must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed. All i was asking for was for someone to explain to me what the "presale" is and who has access to that. There was no need to be so rude and sarcastic. I never said i was more important, i just happen to love PJ and live in the metro area so i want every opportunity available. Nasty.

    The Ten Club sent out emails to members already for the presale. They also specified that the email was not to be shared. If you were a member before yesterday's email, you should have received it. It sounds like you will be eligible for future pre-sales within the next 12 months, just not this one. And I don't think anyone would be too happy to help you "cut in line", as they are the ones you would be cutting in front of. You can email <!-- e --><a href="mailto:tickets@tenclub.net">tickets@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> for more info. If you were a member before yesterday, chances are you were emailed the info already.

    it's just an expression!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! "cut the line" hahahaah....I paid to join this website..why wouldn;t i be eligible to see this email about the NYC concert?? This does not seem fair to me at all. I have to be honest, i can;t believe how cold the two of you are. Not a very friendly welcome to the 10 club. Unbelievable.

    Actually, if you didn't join the 10 Club prior to March 10, you don't get any 10 Club benefits for this tour. You had to have a sign up date prior to March 10 to qualify for any of the pre-sales. This was mentioned in the email we received announcing the tour and is on the pearljam.com homepage under "The Announcement". It is the 3rd news story down on the left side of the page.

    You will have to take your chances on Saturday for this round. Sorry, but good luck to you.

    It's not about an unfriendly welcome to the 10 Club. If you just joined, then you missed the benefits that come with being a member (for this tour). That's it. Good luck Saturday morning.
