KC Presale question

Does anyone know why I cannot buy the presale tickets? Is it due to ticketmaster?

    I wonder if all the ticket pairs held by 10c for these shows with a poor turnout have been handed over to TM yet.

    I didn't even know they were doing a presale in KC. I thought it was just MSG.
