Why cant I buy tickets from the goods store?

I've just been dinkin around on this website and was curious about the part on the tour page where it says, "pre-sale" and I tried to click on it and it said that the website could not be found. I am wondering if anyone can tell me how the pre-sale works. How do ten club members even buy tickets from this site? Also, I'm wondering if the tickets are any better than if you went to ticketmaster or something like that? Thanx for the info!

    PreSale ended today. Tickets are better than public sales. If you're looking for MSG, and are a fanclub member, check your email. A Ticketmaster presale password has been sent.
