If you want to.....you can add me as a volunteer for both MSG shows.

I'm currently revising the "Pearl Jam Trivia Challenge" game. So that will be ready for any of the pre-parties.

  • What does "organizing" or "volunteering" usually entail?

    I can do some help,
    but do teach full time,
    currently attend 2 masters classes,
and have a 7 week old (beautiful) boy at home...

The day of PJ concerts I tend to have my game face (drinking shoes) on.
But I could possibly help before the day of...
I wish I was as fortunate...
    as fortunate as me.

Heya PJ.. thanks for offering to help! Organizers generally do most of the leg work that has to get done before the day of the party rolls around, then does set up on the day of the party. Volunteers sometimes help with the leg work and they get to the party early to help set up. Both work behind the table accepting donations, handing out raffle tickets, etc. We have a fairly decent guide you can read here: http://wishlistfoundation.org/docs/Wish ... nizing.doc

Sounds like you have a pretty full plate right now, so volunteering may be more your situation? But if you're interested in organizing, by all means do so! Either way you decide, give us a shout because volunteers are ALWAYS needed.

I guess it would depend on the location. Obviously we would need some space for the trivia group to go to, so they were outta the way of everyone else. But i'm thinking we could do it at multiple places and the people that played the 1st time wouldn't play the 2nd time etc.

Hey Eric, I sent Laura a request to have some sort of fundraiser/preparty for Brian Shaffer in Columbus since that is where he went missing. I have a friend with crimestoppers that can help out along with Lori who runs Brians page and Peter, who lives there. We have a ton of ideas, can you PM or call me please. Hugs my friend! haven't seen you in ages!

Nice. Yeah, I was gonna say that Columbus things are being worked on. Things here will be huge. I don't want to hype it up too much, but even if you don't have a ticket for the show (why wouldn't you??), you won't want to miss this party.
