New email from Ten Club states I bought different tix.

Just got a frightening new email from the club that states that I bought tix to St Louis, but, my order history shows the tix that I did purchase for Kansas City. I just emailed the club, let's see how this plays out.

Anyone else have this issue?

    Yes I got the same email for St. Louis tickets when I ordered KC tickets. I'm sure they'll get it straightened out :)

    I just got that email too, and I got tickets for both shows :mrgreen: I was kind of wondering why I got the St Louis email first. :lol:

    I just got the email for St. Louis tix as well and I only bought the KC ones. I also emailed the club to find out what's going on.

    Got the same email... I forwarded everything including screen prints and let them know the deal. I'm sure it'll get corrected.

    I face the same problem, ordering KC but getting confirmation for STL. I sent an e-mail, just hoping it gets worked out like everyone else is.

    New email sent confirming KC. Problem solved.

    However, though I didn't buy tickets, I still have a St. Louis confirmation, so can I go to that one, too? :)

    They still got it wrong though. Look at the date. May 5th!?!?!

    hehe got a new email for Kansas City, but it shows the show date as May 5th instead of the 3rd. That's better than the wrong city at least. :roll: :lol:

    This is just one of those little Ten Club nuances that makes you love them even more! :lol:

    Nope just Kansas, St Louis and Indiana. I was going to do Cleveland but a friend was only doing Indy so I decided to go there to meet with her.

    Now that I've actually read the body of the email, I sit corrected. The subject line says 5/3, the body says May 5. Eh. Close enough. :)

    Both my Columbus and Cleveland confirmation emails came through okay. They both just came in the past 30 minutes.
