Just REALLY listened to "Last of My kind". DAMN, definately my favorite track on Black Gives Way to Blue.
I have officially been converted (Save my Brain just did not do it for me).
fuck 'em if they can't take a joke

Personally I love "ALooking in View"

I saw them last night in Toronto.

All I have to say is damn.... Sickman was just.... sick! They absolutely rocked. William DuVall is really good, better than I expected for certain.

Great tune. That one and Acid Bubble are my two tunes of choice at the moment, coincidentally the two tracks with DuVall on lead vocals. Hope he gets more of the lead on the next album

I'm digging the first song they've been playing live lately, "All Secrets Known". Also the first track off Black Gives Way To Blue.

  • There isn't a duff track on the album, in my opinion.

Some of the negative comments that have been made - they shouldn't have carried on after Layne's death / Duvall sucks - are utter bollocks.

I'm already looking forward to the next album.
It's gonna be a glorious day...

I've always thought if you put the same production on Last of My Kind as is on the songs off of facelift it would have fit perfectly on that album

Private Hell is my favorite track on the album. I think it sounds most like the old AIC.

Has anyone come across a vinyl edition?
I am holding off on purchasing for just that reason.
The radio singles sound great, though.

I saw them a few years ago and them covering the old stuff just didnt do it for me. I do like the new stuff and would like to see them again singing their own stuff.
