General sale for MSG

I'm trying for MSG tickets on Saturday in the general sale, I'm in the UK and just want to double check the time they go on sale...
As far as I can see it's 9am EDT which would make it 1pm GMT?

Just looking for confirmation on here so I don't mess it up!!!!

Also, I've heard that LN don't do online ticket sales for overseas folks, has anyone had this problem with TM??

Any help would be great :-)
