On Sunrise this morning, one of the guys form KOL said how

"it amazes that when we toured Australia with Pearl Jam. Ed who is such a sweetheart of a guy used to go out before we played and play an acoustic set just to get the crowd in. And now we are playing the same places that they did and we are selling them out in 2 seconds."

I bought my tickets for their 2nd Sydney show this morning.

KOL has really worked hard to get where they are today. Good for them. Also, Eddie coming out to help draw the crowd in for opening bands is a great thing. I am sure that all appreciate it!

    Scary isn't it?

And I'm well over 25 and feel so out of place at their shows now. I used to feel out of place at their shows because I'm black. Now I feel out of place at their shows because I'm "old".

    What the hell happened?

No age restrictions for liking them just a general observation that i feel the crowd will be full of little fluro wearing teeny boppers! oh well i am bigger than them and can push them onto the floor and out of my way ;)

  • I saw them a few weeks back in Washington DC and it was amazing. I just got tickets to see them again in January in Louisville KY. They are becoming the band I travel to see when PJ is not touring. Hahahaha!

Taking advantage of seeing them in smaller venues because I'm not sure how much longer that is going to last.

    KOL... awseome.

would have thought their would be an older corwd for MMJ compared to KOL in 2008 anyway.

They will never be seen to have anywhere near as much cred as pj anyway.
