On to slay more dragons it seems. Hope he gets his righteous ass on the road soon so I can pay homage to a true metal god. 8-)

Nothing will bring this man down.

Long live Dio.

I don't like the description of "the main tumor has shrunk," which suggests that he's got several and may be incurable. But overall this is good news. Throw some devil horns for Dio.
It is time to admit that we used to rock like hurricanes. It is time to run for the hills and go round and round. It is time for us to shout at the devil. We've got the right to choose it, there ain't no way we'll lose it, and we're not gonna take it anymore.

This man is a legend. One of the great voices in music. I try to play a song of his on every installment of my radio show. He will fight the good fight. Get well soon Ronnie.

He has such a storied career...Rainbow, Black Sabbath & Dio.

I prefer his Black Sabbath stuff to Ozzy's.

I don't know if I prefer it to Ozzy's days in Sabbath, because those are still incredible. But I certainly love Dio's work with the Sabbath boys at the same level of Ozzy's. Dio is just undeniably one of the coolest mother fuckers to ever rock.

I don't compare the two......really seem like two different bands to me. The same thing is true for his Rainbow albums....totally different band from the band featuring Joe Lynn Turner.

Live long Ronnie Dio, one of the scariest concerts I have ever seen. That's what happens when you're young and naive, still a show I won't ever forget. I actually thought I was watching the devil rocking the Hampton Coliseum. GREAT NEWS!
