no confirmation email

There are a set of night 1 for MSG in my order history, but I have yet to get a confirmation email? Does that mean the order was completed or does it mean I'm only in checkout?

    you should be ok. This happened to me for MSG 2. It is in my order history and I called my credit card company, they confirmed I was charged for the tickets.

    Thanks, i didn't have a chance to call them yesterday and forgot my information to view the account online.

    haven't gotten my MSG2 email yet, but it is in my order history. It sounds like a common story.

    Check under announcement on home page, believe it said no confirmation emails until all presales are completed. Use your order hstory as confirmation.

    if it is in your order history, you are set.
    i have not received confirmations for either MSGs, but i am fully confident i have 10c tix. i printed out the order profile for both shows just in case though. ;)
