i just feel bad for those who had to wait for hours and hours

nowadays ..after 10 minutes i give up through the fan club

no band is worth 6 hours of nonsense especially with the amount of scalpers out there

and to those who are still on their high horse about scalpers .. tooo bad :o:mrgreen:

Just a heads up.. Venue box offices generally get a 5-10 minute window before TM outlets and the web. I'd make my way down there if I were trying. Worked for me for EV at The Ryman here in Nashville.

I've gone to box offices before, and they tell me that they can't get tix any faster than you could get sitting home on your computer. I never knew whether or not to believe them.

It took me an hour to get through the process but I got them, then my cousin gave up and he gave me his info and I got through and got tickets for him. Just lucky I guess.

Anyone have any idea on what time to go to the MSG box office? The first train will get me there @ 7:45. Am I wasting my time?

I know it's not MSG but the Garden in Boston's box office has a # system to prevent scalping. At 9:15 they pass out random #'s to people in line and right before tix go on sale they pick a # and whoever has it gets first in line and the next number follows and so on. I might do this. I did it for the 04 VFC tour in Boston and got great seats.
He who forgets will be destined to remember.

I do not think the MSG box office sells tickets the day they go on sale, not for all shows, I would check with them.

    You're right. From the website:

On the first day of sale, tickets for concerts are not sold at the Madison Square Garden, Radio City Music Hall or Beacon Theatre Box Offices, and may only be purchased by calling Ticketmaster at 866-858-0007 or visiting Ticketmaster.com
