Public Tix for MSG2, help!

this is the first time I buy tix for a PJ show in the US. I tried yesterday with the pre-sale but i wasnt lucky =(

now i will buy my tix for the MSG2 in ticketmaster but... (almost i must say I live in peru and i have no Zipcode) i went to the MSG webpage and i found this:

venue: Madison square garden
Price range : USD$ 79
7:30 pm

now.. is this an average price? cuz i saw on the concert seating map a lot of different positions?

do anyone have an idea about the best seats and related prices?

all tickets are the same price for the MSG (and most shows) so when searching just get the best available seat. the colors on the map show the different sections/levels. some bands or all sports teams have different prices for different section, but not PJ.

one more question... May I buy by credit card from here and pick up there when I travel? o better a friend of mine do with his zipcode and all data they ask when someone purchase... for example when I saw radiohead in Argentina I paid extra tax cuz im not living there...

you should be able to use your own CC and there should be an option for international will call on the TM site, to my knowledge there is no tax on tickets, or I have never paid any tax at least
