I thought the CARTS timed out in 10 mins?

what gives? why are there still tickets 2 hours after the inital sale?

sounds like 10C needs some new programmers

where can i send my resume to?

    So annoying. Why am I still hitting refresh @ 9:00pm for MSG II?

    Are they sold out or not?

    Are there really still people trying to check out?

    Or are there people who just gave up not realizing they are in their cart? Will they ever be released? Or can these folks just wander in tomorrow morning to a very pleasant surprise when they check their carts?

  • if it doesnt say sold out keep refreshing...i got msg 1 pair 2.5 hours after it started saying "temp out of stock" and after tix were knocked out of my cart with message "item no longer in stock" - it's all automated crap until the ticket picture says "sold out"

    I understand this and I am still trying, but why is it like this? Why does their system suck so much? This is 2010 and they are a very lucrative band. We're not talking about some up-and-coming garage act!

    I don't think it was considered "timed out" when the server or whatever crashed/kicked you off the site. I would have been REALLY upset if I had the tickets and they used the 10 minute rules when I was endlessly trying to pay for the tickets in my cart. It took over 45 minutes for me to get to the end of checkout. And even then, I got kicked out, only to get back on 5 minutes later with a "thank you for purchasing message". Frustrating, but worth it in the end. 1 out of 2 isn't bad...

    I think the ten minute rule only applies if you're idle in your checkout process. I had MSG tix both times right after they went on sale in my cart and they stayed for an hour and a half or so until I finally checked out. I think as long as you're trying to check out the tix never leave your cart.

    im sure if they wanted to, they could farm this ticket thing out to a group who specialized in high bandwidth sales. and this would be a easy process and not have to waste you whole day to get tix
