LOL at these MSG presales

i wasn't even in the general vicinity of getting tickets. i've been clicking away for 5 hours and have tickets to neither night. i was ready and signed in and on the tickets page at 2:55.

this $3 ten club surcharge better go to new fucking servers. sadly i think it will go directly in the bands pockets. they've got to feed their families, you know....

    no shit. it was "temporarily out of stock" since it went on pre-sale. wtf does that mean? sold out before it is even on sale?

    • "Temporarily Out of Stock" means that all available tickets have been placed into shopping carts. In this situation, the best thing to do is to keep refreshing the page. Should a member decide not to complete the transaction, or should the transactions time out after 10 minutes, that pair of tickets will go back into stock and the "buy" button will reappear on that ticket page. The first person to hit the "buy" button will be able to place the tickets in their cart and complete the transaction.

    • "Sold Out" means that all tickets that have been placed in carts have been purchased and the ticket sale is officially over.

    had tickets in my cart (an hour and half after start of the sale) and becuase the site is so backed up couldnt get through check out in time!?

    other bands have used options besides ticketmaster to sell tickets. Trent Reznor can you please call Pearl Jam?

    Seriously, whether you are a NIN fan or not, the presales for their last tour were for venues of less than 1,000 tickets. So how it is that there server never crashed once? Those presales extremely limited amount of tickets...

    If ther in your cart, then those tickets will be yours. I had my tickets in my cart for at LEAST 45 minutes before i was able to completely checkout. Keep on trying.

    NIN's site did handle presales much better...and they do have a huge fanbase, but just not as fanatical as PJ's. I've been trying for 3 hourse now for MSG2 and I just wish to get a pair REALLY SOON or just be put out of my misery and see OUT OF STOCK already.

    wish you luck man, I can't do this again for another day, no way. Waiting around the 10C line day of show is less stressful than this...

    Finally gave up..I suppose because Sold Out kindly displayed..this blows..and happens every f-n tour. Try for "Lube" pavilion tomorrow...I might need it.

    This whole situation is bizzare. I was luck enough to get tix but It was just luck. The whole setup for buying tix for any band is just nuts. If you are in ten club then you should automaticlly get two tix to buy period.
    Just my to cents.
    Sorry to hear many of you did not get them.
    I wonder if it has to do with certian computers or if scalpers have programs to move to the front of the line?

    Well, I'm shut out for both MSG shows too. First time I'm not able to secure any tix to NY shows through 10c. Very bizarre feeling. Guess, I'll be paying through the nose to get comparable 10c tix.
