I was extremely happy when Ten Club went from two tickets a tour, to two tickets per show. I have to say though I am so sad that the last few times I have been unable to get tickets to the New York shows. Perhaps Ten Club could go to securing two tickets per member to a show of their choice. I had better luck with that. Perhaps give members 15 days before pre sale tickets to choose one show. Once the pre sale go on sale then it's fair game. This fighting with the server and ripping off peoples faces is getting way out of hand.
