Tix in Cart...went through 40 times

I got through Step 3 of checkout 30 times and entered in Credit Card Number...and yep...Timed out...Nothing in history or email.
How long will they stay in cart?

    Just keep trying to get to your cart. I think I had mine for at least 45 mins, they were still there. Just go to checkout directly, don't view cart. Then just keep refreshing even if it crashes and you will eventually get back to your cart. At least I did. Good luck!

    I just got through!!! It took me one hour and twenty minutes to do it....But I persevered and i succeeded :) Keep going man....My neck aches, but I'm going to see PJ in the greatest city in the world!!!!

    Same thing happened to me...but my tickets showed up in my order history after I input my CC info.

    Yeah I've been going directly back to Checkout....going through to the 3rd screen and entering CC info, then times out.....OH NOOOOO.
    Now I have an EMPTY CART...:-(

    WTF....2.5 hours for NOTHING!
    So fed up.

    it shows up in my order history also but there is no confirmation e-maiul yet - wtf!

    As long as they are in your cart, keep trying...I had tix in for an hour and a half, submitted CC info multiple times before time-outs, but finally was able to get it to process and got a conf. email and the tickets are in my order history...Just keep trying and refreshing is all I can say...totally maddening, but will be worth it in the end!
