Worst tix purchase experience ever.

I've bought many things from the PJ Goods. I want the last hour of my life back. Every time I buy tix, been buying for years, the process seems to get worse. Sorry team PJ. This is a fail. Still don't know if any of the 100s of clicks and refreshs got me tix or not.

    Do not stop! As long as it says temporarily out of stock, there are still tickets. And check your order history if you think one went through.

    My worst was trying to get Wembley 2007 tickets

    today went much better for me as it seems a scored NY 1

    agreed...been trying both shows fr hours...i get a buy button once in 100 refreshes and then it doesn't go in my cart...i get a "you ripped our face off" message which means it didn't work...what are we supposed to do

    yeah this is pretty bad. Had better luck ordering philly shows through ticketmaster. Might try that if I don't get through.

    Finally got in after an hour and it says the MSG is out of stock. Does this truly mean there is no shot? Not a quitter, but a realist. Very frustrating process... :(

    Agreed. 10 club should be embarrassed. I been oin for over hour and half and keep getting out of stock or connection fail.

    I'm so angry right now. And to patience is a virtue guy, how gracious of you wen youre in position to say that.

    Last "hour"? I've been commanding R for the past 4 hours and I'm not stopping until it screams SOLD OUT at me. I get to do this all over again tomorrow for Hartford but on a positive note, at least I know how I'm spending my Wednesday evening LoL

    77 minutes from the time I saw MSG 2 tickets available until I got my confirmation ID #! 5 times of entering my credit card info and hitting 'buy' and too many page time out messages. Patience is what it takes it appears. Took 25 minutes for Boston earlier today. Keep trying people, don't give up. I said that if nothing happens in an hour I was going to quit, but its PJ...Just Breathe, and keep trying:D Praying for Hartford tomorrow night. oh, and by the way..never hit refresh at all...just kept hitting the 'try again' tab.

    I tried buying Boston tix on my lunch break and kept getting the message "ooops you ripped my face off." I never was able to get tix.....by far the worst ticket sale process I've ever seen. Very pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'd have to say that buying tix for NY, Boston or Philly shows have all equally been a terrible experience...year after year. Kansas City here I come.

    This was insane. it always is for MSG. I actually went 3 for 3 today. Got MSG 2 tix at 6:54. Thank god. I will sleep real good tonight.

    yes temp out of stock means there is still some hope, they are all in carts, but not finalized yet. So if someone gets dumped or dumps them you can still sneak a pair. Once it says out of stock you are out of luck

    jet lagged here in Germany, gave up on MSG2 after 45 minutes, just go back on and went right in and got a pair! Lovin it!

    Tried for MSG 2 for almost 1 1/4 hours before finally clicking BUY and seeing:

    * Your cart was not updated because 2010 PEARL JAM 5/21 NEW YORK TICKET PAIR is restricted
    * You cannot order more than 1 unit(s) of 2010 PEARL JAM 5/21 NEW YORK TICKET PAIR

    That was it, they were in my cart and nothing was stopping me!!!

    Click Checkout and there they are....Step 1 of 3....CONTINUE!!!.....nothing ("oh god no").
    Went back to cart....Step 1 of 3....CONTINUE!!!....nothing ("oh c'mon, really??")
    Went back another time and finally had smooth sailing to the end ("YES!!!").

    Got the e-mail, got the tix, one computer used.

    Embarassing is the right word. Knowing that thousands of my fans spent hours of their lives for the opportunity to give me some of their hard earned money, and then dissapointing them time after time, year after year through this process...I would be ashamed and embarrassed.

    I haven't had this much trouble with any website doing any thing in the past 10 years. Its 2010, not the early days of the internet here. Invest in a good server, or sub out the ticket process to someone else... your fans deserve it!

    Man, I'm glad I went to MSG, Hartford and Mansfield in 2008, this year it's Columbus, Nobelesville and Cleveland, didn't have any problems getting Columbus and Nobelesville yesterday and trying for Cleveland tomorrow, sound like it was a mess today, in 2008 I only got MSG 1 and got shut out for 10C tickets for MSG 2, got them on StubHub though.
