cannot check out a empty cart?!?

Ive tried 2-3 times to put tcikets in my cart.. but tells me there allready are a pair of ticket in the cart.. when i try to check put.. it tells me i cant check out a empty cart. !! great fuckin system!

    Have you already put in your cc details at some point, might already have them in your order history man

    This is exactly what happened to me for MSG #1. Damn good thing the system is designed this way, or I may have wound up with 15+ $173 charges on my card.

    SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME!!!!! I PUT IN MY CREDIT CARD INFO 4 TIMES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Guys check your order history. This was happening to me, and I hadn't got the email but when I looked in the order history it showed up. Check to be sure.

    Thanks for the tip. I checked order history and the pair was there! I thought they were gone for good....

    just be patient, it took me over an hour for the first show, and it finally went through

    I tried for both shows at MSG today!! It's f---ing torture when you log on, go to the goods section (well in advance) hit tickets and wait and wait and then lose the link or nothing comes up at all!!.....AND NOW I wait for public sale.

    Waht they said- I stressed an extra 30 minutes fighting with my cart and realized I got them @ :10 after. Congrats!!!!!!
