Checkout hell..

Has anybody else gotten to step 2 of 3 for checking out (at least twice) and not been able to finish it? I've submitted my billing/shipping addresses several times...As far as I can tell, I still have the tickets in my cart (after trying for 3 hours 10 minutes).

Any advice?

    im in the same situation, even gotten to the credit card info and hit send and nothing happens, done this twice now...getting a little frustrated

    I had tickets in my cart for almost an hour. Keep refreshing, keep trying!

    Yes - I put my cc info in at least 4 times and then go kick out - I kept refreshing until I actually got the confirmation page-- Keep trying -- good luck !!!

    What a mess!!! I had tickets in my cart TWICE. Got to my credit card info also. Its ridiculous that this can happen. Why not raise the 10C membership fee to $21 and put the extra dollar towards a better computer server!

    i have been trying to check out for almost an hour and cannot complete the transaction!!! i don't want to loose my tickets, what do i do???

    Just keep going,I had the same problem & finally was able to check out.

    Check your order history. If you've sent your CC info, you've probably bought the tickets, even if you don't get a confirmation page.

    But if you drop some MSG1 tickets, I'll be right there to scoop them up!

    I just got it.. i think..

    After putting in my CC info and refreshing 1290437 times, I tried going back to the first check out screen, and i got the "Can't check out with nothing in your cart" message.

    After checking my bank account, i saw that the tickets were charged and, after 4 hours and 10 minutes on my computer... I am done.
