For those of you that have it in your order history but received no confirmation email in the first presale, did you end up with tickets?

    Mine is still there from yesterday..still no e-mail. I called Tc they said as long as it's in your order history. Do a screen grab just in case.

    I never get ANY emails from Ten Club (the problem is not on my end, I'm positive), so I figure if it's in the order history, I'm good. Their email system is way whack... it's like a couple years ago, I just suddenly stopped getting emails from them... no announcements, no "order has been received," no "order has shipped," etc. I know I'm not the only one.

    that is a good idea to get a screen grab of the order history. not sure how to do that, I'll just take a picture to be safe. :)

    if it is in your history you should be AOK, emails are a little delayed, so don't panic if in your history

    I think i'm in MSG 2 then? In order history, no e-mail. Hopefully, not sure, never order tix thru 10c.

    doesn't look like you need to worry as long as it is in your order history. the following is posted on the site under "the announcement" detailing ticket procedures.

    "Confirmations will not be sent until the pre-sale has ended. In the meantime you may view your order confirmation number in your online order history."

    other thing to do is check your bank statement to make sure funds have been withdrawn.

    I got a confirmation email immediately with MSG 2 but I still haven't got one about MSG 1. Both shows are in my order history however.

    it's largely due to eddie that i liked to jump off of things as a child...

    I didn't receive a confirmation e-mail for Boston 1, but it is in my order history. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
