Best ticketing experience? NIN pre-sale for fan clubbers. Lights over North America tour. Trent Reznor did it right. I was in and out in 2 minutes and had 5th row center at Mohegan Sun. I dont know what system he used to sell the tickets...looked like it was from NIN site...but dont really remember.
TenClub should look into the technology Nine Inch Nails used.

Wish me luck with Hartford today. Hopefully it wont be the same as the MSG presale.
But I wont be stressing as much, at least I know I have MSG 2 tickets.

I wish you luck today with Hartford! It was definitely a tense experience yesterday. We had plans and had to leave the house at 7 eastern, so I was freaking I wouldn't be done in time. Got tix with 20 mins to spare, luckily. I suppose I would have blown off the dinner plans - our friends would have understood ;-)
