    There are other pictures, and the stage has a target symbol on it. So I guess this is like a venue owned by Target?

    You'd be surprised how many bands do private corporate gigs. The Foo Fighters do them all the time. It allows the band's crew to get some extra work during breaks in the touring schedule.
