check your order history

I got through the check-out steps up to the credit card part and hit submit, but then kept getting kicked off. after I while as a goof I checked my order history and tix were in there (which I assume means I got them).

    Worked out that way for me too, would love to get the email just to make sure the purchase is confirmed. I feel pretty good having it in my order history, but there is still that seed of doubt... :lol:

    I never saw a conf. "screen" but I got a email and it's in the order history. Anyway, the emails are going out in some manner. Hope it's all good, coming over from Chi for this.

    I pushed click with my credit card info and after 2 minutes of nothing happening I got the dreaded DNS error and thought all was lost. I got back to the ticket logo again and when I clicked it said it was sold out. I did find a order number under my order history and my bank showed a charge so it looks like I'm all set. Must be the amount of web traffic but it didn't leave a warm and fuzzy feeling wish it would've given me a prompt.

    What kind of seats do you think will be reserved?

    I would print out a copy of the order from your order history just to be sure that you have a hard copy. I haven't gotten an email either!

    I called the number and the dude said if its in your order history then you are all good. Relax my friends all is well!

    yea, me too!
    i kept trying for an additional half hour to 45 minutes more than was necessary. actually had em purchased before 3:15. c'est la vie - just happy to have em!

    Yes. As long as the tix are in your order history you are good. So sit back and enjoy The show. ;-)
