I was able to buy MSG tix, but the site was so freaking slow. It was very frustrating. I barely made the 10 mins in shopping cart policy as the site kept crashing and took many minutes to advance to the next stage.

If you're going to do a 10 minute policy in the shopping cart, here is an idea, put all of the order information on one page!!! Why make me go to three different pages to fill out shipping/cc info as well as confirm the item that is being ordered. This can all be done on one page and will save a lot of headache/heartache!!!

I had my tickets and went already to the checkout with my CC info and then it timed out and I lost them. This is a horrible way to do things.

They seriously need a better way to distribute these tix! One Pentium 4 desktop PC being utilized as the ticket server isn't cutting it! I was on a T3 network and kept getting "cannot display webpage" messages over and over again.

LOAD BALANCE the damn servers AND redirect the cart people to some other server for checking out!

I am seriously considering cancelling my membership after the past two tours on here!

I AM SO FUCKING PISSED OFF RIGHT NOW!!!!! I MIGHT RIP SOMEONE'S FUCKING FACE OFF!!!!
  • This is complete bullshit! Get better servers TC!!!!!!!! I had tix in my cart, just like everybody else....seriously fuck you guys!

Maybe they can try switching the server off, and then switching it back on again...

  • What they need to do is for days when they know there's going to be a big server load like today they first need to temporarily move the store to a higher powered server (it seems they have at least moved the store to a server separate from the rest of the site as the whole site used to go down and now it's only store related pages or anything with "secure.pearljam.com") Or try something like Amazon S3 http://aws.amazon.com/s3/

    No shit!!

Why is this so fucking complicated?!? Just offer the shows, we mail the money and we go. Why is it so fucking hard to spend $200 on tickets??
    Go Get 'Em Tigers!
  • Looks like I'll have to go through over inflated ticket brokers now. Oh that's what pearl jam is against right? Glad I'm putting my $20 a year to good use. Hey ya know it's not a total loss, I can still buy a zippo lighter.
