    this is BS...

    I had tickets 100 different ways into my cart and this new computer system sucked them out of my cart 100 times..over and over..

    I have never ever complained before but 10 Club...

    THIS SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Been a ten club member since 1995 sat in front of computer for 2 hours to be told sold out!! awesome!!!

    on the plus side "ripped their face off "ten times which is not funny if u get shut out!!!

    since 2004 spent over $2000 on ten club site alone!!!

    Why should i even bother to try for boston 2 so I can waste another 2 hrs!!! so annoyed

    I agree this new system SUX, I have never ever complained before but so much for senority rules tenclub, I am def not feelin this system, it BLOWS. How did I have tickets at 12:02EST and 2.5 hours later still not be able to check out?

    TBD best = Boston 5/18, it's only right. :cry:

    This is complete bullshit. The site sucks and it can't handle the traffic. It sure as hell worked when they were taking my Ten Club fees.

    I sent an honest complaint to the Ten Club as well and the window licker that wrote me back clearly doesn't understand the impact that poor customer service has on a business.

    I hear ya guys, craziness!.....I got thru and got tickets but it seemed like a magic show that it happened! Hit the "buy" button numerous times, kept kicking me out and on a whim, went into the cart and saw them sitting there.....it never physically sent me there after supposedly getting thru so it was luck that I actually took a chance to check my cart......nuts, hope you guys get some for the other shows!

    Unfortunately this reflects upon the band and I'm not sure I will be supporting them after this. I feel like they've ripped me off. That's not an impression you want to make on people in this day and age of file sharing. I've spent so much money on this band over the years. Maybe I've spent my last dime on them.

    It sucks, but remember, you can still get tickets through Ticketmaster. Not ideal, but at least you will be at the venue. Sorry to those who got burned.

    That's awesome. So we can pay a fee to be in the Ten Club and still need to pay Ticketmaster their over inflated prices. When I complained I was told that Boston and DC are prime markets for the band and there is a high demand for tickets there. Well maybe that ought to be clearly stated before they take our money for membership. Enough of the beating around the bush with the 'we don't guarantee ticket access' and just say who is likely to be fucked and who isn't.

    Logged in at 11:58 p.m. (East Coast time) and refreshed and refreshed until the Boston ticket icon appeared. Then hit it and was kicked out repeatedly. I refreshed and refreshed and refreshed. Kicked out over and over. Eventually the link to the page appeared, then the precious "buy" button. Kicked out multiple times. Over and over and over. Was short of breath and having chest pain at this point. Tried checking my cart _ kicked out again. Tried to check out _ kicked out again. Colleague at work asked me if I was all right as my face was bright red and I was sweating. May have been panting at that point. Eventually got to the page that let me enter my Visa and _ kicked out again! By then it was 12:12 p.m. and I was mindful that they said pending tickets would be removed from shopping carts if you didn't purchase them within 10 minutes. At this point colleague is thinking about calling 911 as I'm clearly on my way to cardiac arrest. Hopped over to my online banking link and there was the pending 10C charge for $171. Then saw the posts here and checked my order history and there they are. Now it's 2:57 and no email confirmation yet, but it sounds like I'm all set. My colleague is relieved. And I am grinning like an idiot...

    Yea....I'm disappointed. Spent over an hour and half online (not easy to manage when job is a FF/EMT-Thanks Boss!) and fighting through "Problem Loading Page"/"Ripped Our Face Off"/Clicking the magic BUY button only to get "Your tickets did not go in your cart because they are out of stock" messages.

    That said, glad it sold out. I'm still going to try Ticketmaster - being there is the main thing - and other options. But disappointed still.

    Hopefully there's a Jammer new to the scene who scored his/her first PJ tickets this week and feel like the luckiest Jammer in the world. Because they are. I've been so lucky to see them 16 times including last years magical show on Halloween, I will try again. And again....Hartford?

    I got my confirmation email three times actually. I was in and out in about 15 mins, refresh multiple times but I got em'.

    it kind of pisses me off that for 3 hours i tried unsuccessfully to buy tickets to boston, but for shits and grins i just tried (once) to get tickets to cleveland and it went right through. are there no 10c members in ohio?
