What just happened---my Boston story

So I kept crashing and crashing and crashing. Got to the Buy section, would hit buy and it would time out. I would check View Cart and there was nothing in there. Got the "Temporarily out of stock" sign and sighed. Checked View Cart and nothing. Finally after ten minutes I hit checkout even though I seemingly had nothing to check out. When I get to part 3 of 3, it tells me I have 1 quantity for the Boston show. I'm like holy fuck. So folks, check your check out area of the Goods page if you think you did not get tix. If you hit Buy and timed out and it looks like nothing in your cart, go to checkout to see if it comes up.

Same here! I wonder how long they were in my cart? I have broken the fucking F5 key on my computer refreshing for 40 minutes!! :roll:

don't check View Cart, people, you have to go to checkout to see if you have tix.

that happened to me also but it took me a lil over a half hour to get the tix

good luck to everyone thats still trying to get tix----oh and this has been the 1st time in over 10 years of buying tix through 10C that i had a hard time buying tix---i usually get them with 6 minutes or so of the presale start time

I don't understand, I don't even see them listed anywhere? What is going on? Should I go somewhere other than goods? It only lists shows for like 5/3-5/7... ????

dude for the hell of it go to your account. instead of going to view cart, just checkout. when you get to page 2 of 3 or 3 of 3 it should tell you if you got tix or not. forget view cart.

i finally found them by doing a search but why didn't they list them on the goods home page? i'm confused. this is so frustrating. the process still sucks after how many times that they have done this???

When you went to the Tickets page, they weren't showing up?
They were the second from the left on my screen.

Well, I had a similar story, PLUS fraud services shut down my card since apparently even though I got booted off 3 times before completing my transation in checkout,. the TC was charging my card 18 times...lol. SO once the phone calls to the bank were done, I tried again, tix were still in my cart (mine DID show up when I hit view cart...) and although it had been at least 45 minutes since the start of this fiasco, by some MIRACLE I completed my checkout. Boston...always more work, but so WORTH it. Love it. Stay with it, you'll get em.

i give up. i don't think it's humanly possibly to hit the "buy" button fast enough. I tried going to checkout but there's never anything there. if i see the "you ripped our face off" page one more time i might commit a hommicide so i think i'm calling it a day.

did you ever hit "buy?" that's as far as I got and crashed. There was nothing in View Cart for me. But for the hell of it I went thru checkout and it said I had 1 quantity. It was truly a miracle. If you really don't have anything via checkout, perhaps the buy button will come back? TBD the 18th has to be Boston and Hartford is only 2 hours from Boston and a Saturday.

like another poster said ... Buy=ripped face off= I'm so f8cked out of Boston tickets..

this didn't happen with the 2008 sales..

why the keystone cops with this years ticket sales???

According to the customer service rep that emailed me there was no problem with the site. And he/she basically also said I can not renew and go fuck myself. Though not in those words.
