How come not everyone receives the confirmation email? I was on the phone with my buddy,and his email came immediately. I still haven't received mine. My order history shows that I have the tix, so I should be good to go, right?
I got tickets in cart at 9:03 but had many errors processing card and did not check out till 9:26. I am just glad I got tickets, but was yet another wild episode of trying to score 10club tickets.
It took me over 14 minutes, but I made it. I also ran into the time out, try to re-add to cart, error because you can't have two orders in there problem. But I checked my cart and continued my order. I had the credit card screen for a long time, but then I noticed that the url changed to confirm=xxxxxx My Safari browser timed out again. But when I refreshed, the confirmation screen was there.
IT TOOK ME A HALF HOUR TO GET THE TICKETS!!!!!!I had the same problems as what just about everyone has posted on this thread

I had them in my cart but I didn't think my purchase went through, so I was trying again and it kept telling me I couldn't buy them because I was only allowed one pair. So I checked my orders, and there it was. So don't be distressed if you don't get a confirmation page or anything... you may have gotten them anyway
The exact thing happened to me. It said my order was restricted because I could only purchase one pair. I was like ... uh ... hello - that's all I'm trying to purchase! I got the time out error and refreshed and there was my ONE pair and after another 5 or 6 stressful minutes, I finally finished my order and got my confirmation.

Wow...somehow I got tix. Why is there a 3 step checkout? They say make sure your info is all good prior, so as long as it is there should be no need for 3 steps. Like 3 times after each step I timed out. I was going insane. Luckily I stuck with it. Boston here I come on my 2 year anniversary (wedding) and the wife is staying home.

For those of you getting mad because you didn't get tickets calm down! It's not sold out yet! I got my tickets 20 minutes ago, but I just went back on and they still have some left.

I timed out at the checkout and was freaking out but I checked my orders screen and there it was. Thank God. Too stressful. Good luck to the MSG ticket buyers.
holy crap.....i think i've lost countless hours off of my life trying to get 10c tickets over the past decade! Same thing here....kept timing out. i was half dreading/hoping that it just charged my card 10 times for the amount of times i entered the info & it timed out but then I refreshed & *poof*.... empty cart. [stomach gets into knots] and then i checked my order history and lo & behold.....they are there. I got shut out the last time around so I'm def psyched I got through! keep trying everyone who still didn't get through....ya never know!

You should have pointed out that you get those great seats because of seniority in the club. I assume this person is a new member and will not get seats nearly that good unless they get selected for rows 1, 2, 9, or 10. They should still get some decent seats though.
Wow, thought I was shut out after 15 minutes of "out of stock", then randomly tried again at 12:40 and miraculously got a pair! NICE! Not sure how that happened but keep trying if you think you got shut out.
I entered my CC# within 2 minutes of on sale..got booted..then kept trying. 43 minutes later I got my order in with a confirmation #. Whew..longest it ever took me.
