10C Tix

I know that being a new 10c member, I am a "have-not" on this board. I bought tickets to the Philly shows last year and was put up in the horrible seats in the top section. Is it normal for the worst 10c tix to be in the upper deck, or was this a special case for Philly and the 10c trying to get as many fan club members into the show? I know that I do not want to sit in the 400s for the MSG shows. I'd rather try my luck on TM or buy from a broker than waste a PJ show in the 400s of MSG. Does anybody know from experience if the 10c tix for MSG go into the 400s?

thanks

All depends on how many 10club seats there are....If the 10club has 10,000 seats for the MSG shows......Then you could very well be sitting in the parking lot...hehehehehhe

But you also may get some real nice side stage seats.......

I don't know about MSG but it seems that for some shows the 10C gets more tickets than for others. Like Chicago last year it seemed like they had twice as many for night 1 as they did for night 2 resulting in people having worse seats than they were used to.

  • 10/27 + 10/31, they had more than the usual allotted amount. What is your number?

philly was different-they secured a greater percentage than usual.

nobody knows for sure if they managed to secure more tix for MSG, if they did, I suppose its possible to end up in the 400s-but not usually.

Philly 4 was similar to Chicago 2 in that there was a larger than usual allotment of 10C tickets, leading to fans with higher numbers being in the upper decks. For Philly 3, I had back of the floor with a 400's number because that show had fewer 10c seats than Halloween night.

Yeah, same boat here. I'm in the 350s and last time they were in the Boston area my 10C tix put me waaay back there in seats. This time I think I'll just Ticketmaster it, especially since I can't know my seat number before hand.

I have a number in the 400s. I went to all four Philly shows, had 10C tickets for nights 1, 2 and 4, had TM tickets for all four shows. My 10C tickets were, in my opinion, better than the TM tickets, even for night 4. I was in the 300s on night 4, pretty far from the stage but low in the level (important for me -- my night 3 tix reminded me of just how afraid of heights I am! ). That's just one person's experience, of course.

I understand the process and the service that the 10c performs. However, it would be nice if they could communicate a little bit better to the fans and let them know what kind of tickets they are selling. For instance, a seating chart of the arena along with a grid of where the 10c tix are would be very helpful. Maybe that makes too much sense, but it'd be a fair way to perform this process---especially for "new" 10c fans like myself.

Friend of mine came in from Boston, for the Chicago shows, last year. He picked up his 10club tickets.

Night I, he was as far away from the stage as you can possibly me, minus 3 rows.....

He was literally 3 rows from the fucking parking lot.

Night II, he won the lottery....

Agreed. A 10club seating chart for each show would be perfect. This will help clarify things for everyone, there are a lot of questions/complaints about this topic on the boards. I'm a new member as well and was wondering about this myself. I emailed 10c a couple days ago to ask if they could tell me how many tickets they have allocated for the Noblesville show and how many tickets per section. They told me they are not at liberty to give out numbers.

I'm at the point now where I don't know if my 10c seats or ticketmaster would be closer and of course can't find out until the day of the show. If they just told us up front that at worst you'll be in row XX, then I would feel a lot better.
