I caught a screening of the documentary Dirty Oil last night. In it they discuss how BP was going to be allowed to increase how much pollutants they could dump into Lake Michigan. They then talked about the backlash of this including Pearl Jam's performance at Lollapalooza. They show Eddie talking about it onstage and show the performance of "BP/Amaco Don't Go". I wasn't expecting to see the boys in this and was very pleasantly surprised.
The film's producers are still working out distributors in the US and Canada but I'd recommend that everyone give it a watch. It's dry in spots but it covers a very serious matter that effects all of us.
