    Had a bit of trouble getting in right around 4 (kept timing out)... after a couple of refreshes I was right in. 4:05pm and I had my confirmation email from 10C. :D

    Ditto. The site was a tad slow but my order appeared to go through ok. $150 for the pair. Also got the confirmation email that my order was received.

    oh yeah! i have had so much trouble on these online ticket sales in the past. i think i am more relieved than happy that this one went through fast! got my confirmation email from 10c as well! see you there, everyone!

    I was on a bit before 4 things got a little uneasy right at 4 but got mine and done by 4:05 nice and easy thanks 10C see all of you at the show.

    Has everybody received their confirmation email? I havent gotten it yet... I had an error on the webpage after I submitted my CC info, I check my Order history and it shows up, but no email yet like everybody else... Am i good?

    I was looking back at my old emails when I ordered my tix for the June 24, 2006 show in Cincinnati on Apr 6, 2006 and the confirmation email came on April 7, 2006. So maybe in a few days?

    You SHOULD BE GOOD if the tickets are in your order history. I've had that happen to me in the past too, and when i checked my order history the tickets were ther. I've NEVER gone to the 10 Club window and NOT get my tickets, so again, you should be good.

    Just got my confirmation email this evening (Thursday night) for Columbus that I bought this past Monday at 4pm when they went on sale so I think people will starting see their confirmation emails for the other shows soon.

    This is the initial confirmation of your Ten Club ticket purchase for the Pearl Jam show on May 6, 2010 in Columbus, OH at the Nationwide Arena.

    1) Your Ten Club purchase is for two (2) reserved, seated tickets.

    2) Ten Club tickets are for reserved seating and allocated by membership seniority, with the exception of rows 1-2 and rows 9-10 which will be used for random allocation.

    3) Tickets are not mailed in advance. Tickets are distributed at the box office of the venue on the day of the show.

    4) Ten Club members must be present to collect the tickets at the box office on the day of the show.

    5) All Ten Club members must show photo identification to collect purchased tickets.

    6) More information about box office location and door times will follow closer to the date of the show.
