I bought the set off Klausen's site for $60. I get the posters, and first off, I thought they would be joined together. Secondly, I got matching numbers but 60/100. I thought that there were 20 sets sold on BK and 20 sets sold on BRLSQ - so I figured my set would be out of 20 or 40 or at the very least #'d 1-40 out of 100, NOT 60 out of 100. And the prints can be bought for $25/each on the separate sites with no matching numbers. I feel cheated out of $10 and with a higher number than the directions specified.
I realize it only promised matching sets, and both of my numbers are *60* but don't say you're giving out 20 on each site and making buyers believe that they'll be given one of the first 40 if they buy the set.

I feel for you but I think the $10 was more for the 'handling' to get the matching numbers together. If it wasn't so important to a buyer to have matching numbers, they could go buy them separately and take what they got to save the $10.
Your assumption that the 40 sets would be the first prints is just that, I think. I don't recall seeing that the first prints would be used in the sets. It was just an opportunity to make one transaction and to get matching numbers. Other than that I don't think any promises were made.
I am sorry you're disappointed though. Hopefully you like the prints enough not to mind all that much. I think it would be cool to randomly order the prints off of each site and see how close the numbers were. It would be kind of funny to get a match THAT way.

I have had nothing but positives when dealing with BK. Email response has always been within minutes of me sending an email. Any issues were dealt with right away.
No kidding! Brad has always been great with me, made good on a mistake within a week! And even hooked me up later on. Even so, give the dude a break! He is kinda busy.

I ordered the Judge print from Brad a few weeks ago, and had an issue purchasing... never before have I had such a pleasant transaction experience. Sent him an email, he responded within minutes. The emails back and forth also had him responding to me within minutes. Incredible how wrong you are

Agreed... I can't vouch for whether his business sense is great (only reason I say that is choice of web server for the longest time), but I can say he tries to make everyone happy and does respond to any questions that I've sent before...
I always try to remember that when I am buying art over the internet, that the people I am buying it from are artists first and foremost, and capitalist somewhere else down the list.
My dealings with Brad have always been personable, pleasant and satisfactory.

I've never had anything but excellent customer service from Brad!
Granted he could make a hell of a lot more money by upping the original costs of his art - but he generally chooses not to.
Having had many dealings with Brad, I think he's a great, stand up, genuine guy and will go beyond the call of duty for his customers.
