When do you think they will release tix for the second show?

If there is one now, I am just speculating....

My guess is the May 18th show is a New Jersey show, either one of these possibilities:

    PNC Bank arts Center Holmdel
    Prudential Center Newark
    Izod Center / Meadowlands
    Borgata Atlantic City
    Camden

Myself I'm hoping for the Prudential Center, Borgata or PNC.

it's weird that they wouldn't just say it was Boston again. Of course it will sell out I don't really get the ambiguity.

Do you think there's any chance they'll add a 3rd NYC show?

yea happened in 08' and 04' too. But 04 there was no 10C seats-we just got a TM password. in 08' just the 28th was listed on the original tour itinerary. Then we got an email from the 10c about the 30th if the 28th sold out. I pretty sure that's how it worked.

The first night is still not sold out as of April 4th.NYC should get a 3rd night since we sold out 2 gigs in less than an hour. The 10club had to have a second presale for NYC. ;)

Wow, another fucken Boston thread...isn't there enough of them? So 100 threads about adding another Boston show isn't enough? Are you that bored? Dude, Im not trying to be mean but come on. Seriouslly, another Boston show thread???? Everybody bitched every second of everyday about a tour. There was 100's of threads about rumors. Then they announced a tour. They made a huge mistake putting these 3 stupid fucken letters-TBA. Everytime I get on the board it's Boston this Boston that. Then after it all sort of dies down, ANOTHER "so let's say they're playing a 2nd Boston show!" Stop already. We'll know when the news is announced. Please, (insert crowd singing) NO MORE!!!!

Night 1 is still not sold out. That is a bit shocking, but its a fact.Hartford still has seats as well.NYC should get a 3rd night, since 2 shows sold out very, very fast. This isnt a NY vs Boston thing.Just a fact , and Bostons 1 show is still available over 2 weeks after tix went on sale. The 10 c had to have a SECOND presale the demand was so high here in NYC.2 presales and still alot of 10 club fans couldnt get seats.Everyone in Boston who wanted a ticket, got one.Thats not the case here in NYC.I know plenty of PJ fans from NYC that had to buy tix to Hartford cause they were shut out of the MSG gigs. :o A 3rd show here in NYC would be fair.Just as the 4 gigs were last Oct in Philly. :|

  • You guys have some crazy imaginations. Jersey, Albany, Philly, oh my! I believe Can'tKeepMeHere. The uncertainty of the Celtics/Bruins playoff schedule in the ONLY reason this show is not announced yet. It has nothing to do with the first night not selling out, and PJ are not looking to play in any other city (rather than the outside chance they play Worcester). I believe the deadline that was stated was April 15. If the playoff schedule shakes out and May 18 is open by April 15, PJ will play the TD Garden. If the date is not open or it's still up in the air, they'll simply give themselves an extra day to rest up for NYC. It's really not all that complicated, even without insider info.

    2008- Boston I+II
    2009- Toronto, Philly III+IV
    2010- Bristow, Hartford, Boston, Newark

I dnt think the nets play in Newark. The devils play in Newark and yes that would be a great place for a pj show. Not a bad seat in the house. The nets play at the medowlands and that place isn't bad. Pj has played shows there before and what the hell, why not again????

LOL!!!!!!!!!! yeah OK...like they'd say "fuck beautiful, scenic, historic Boston, let's go play the taint of the North East instead...New Jersey"....and fuck NY!...2 shows are enough!....MSG shows are all fucking Hype!!! they are no different from any other shows except for in NY'ers minds!!
  • i thought nets moved to the new arena in newark, but maybe just the devils did. ya i meant the new arena, not the one in east rutherford

ny city/jersey is bigger market than boston, 1 in 15 people in america live in ny city area there is bigger demand for shows than boston.

    What constitutes "deserving" a show?

And I'm not sure why the 10 Club can't say the TBD is contingent on playoff schedules/night 1 sellout/something else. They did that with the Ed solo rollover shows as well as in 2008. The shroud the secrecy continues

The only reason the 17th hasn't sold out is because of the 'TBD'. Why buy a seat behind the stage, if you think another show may be added. If that TBD was never announced, the 17th would be sold out right now.
