Should I buy 10c tix for MSG night I
Hey everyone,
I need your opinion. Should I buy 10c tix for MSG 1? My number is 42290X. My seats were crappy for Philly IV and want good seats in my favorite place. What should I do? I think I'm going w/ ticket broker or gp sale or stubhub.

You may get lucky through ticketmaster...You may not....Though the day before the show, Ticketmaster will most likely release some tickets, that will be close to the stage. But that is a chance you would have to take.
Personally, I would just buy the tickets throught the 10club, and go have a great time.

MSG will be 10-12% at best

The seats released through ticketmaster for the general public, were all in the nosebleeds, the 300sec. There was nothing even remotely decent. Then a day or 2 before the show, seats next to the stage were released.
Your 10club seats, no matter how high your number is, will most likely be better than what you get from a broker, or ticketmaster.
Till there aint nothing left worth taking away from me.....
Does anyone know what time the tickets will be on sale GMT for MSG 1?(I may look a bit lazy here but I just want to make sure if I am buying. I know it's going to be difficult enough without arriving late!)
Thanks in advance.

No - they don't usually do that at their regular shows. There's been exceptions for smaller/club shows, but in general in the U.S. its only seats. (Not that anyone sits in them once they guys come out )

You will be given a seat....Dont get me wrong though, during the concert you will be standing, and ROCKING!!!! But you will be doing this in front of your seat.

got for it... just as long as you intend to actually go... nothing burns me up more than some douche going in for tickets and not going to the show (i think there was some thread about that just thing last week on here)...not saying thats what you are doing though...dude... just as long as you are in the door... msg really is something special
The only thing people with a lower number have over you is just that, a lower number. Each of us has the same statistical chance of getting tickets. If 80% of the people that got tickets were 300,xxx and above your seats will be great. If 80% are 200,xxx and below your seat will not be as good. Regardless of the statistical division if you get a ticket, you are in the house!!
i'm 260xxx and was in section 87-88 in '08

However, in 2008 with the same number, I was in section 10 floor for night 2 but I sniped a seat in section 55 instead... right before the show started there was a ticket drop and I let my two friends take the section 10's. Back of the floor blows for short people.
