Body clock set to wake at 5:30am every weekend morning...

So frustrating!
Even if I go bed after midnight I am awake by 5:30 but during the working week I sleep like a baby and only get woken after 6am by my alarm.

I have the same problem. I normally wake up at 8 am for work, but a new weird work schedule has forced me to stay up until 3:30 or 4 am, but I still wake up at 8 am and just roll around for a few hours. I can't sleep in. Same with going to bed earlier than normal. It doesn't happen. I need a fixed schedule.

I can't wait until I go back to my normal schedule in a few weeks so I can not be able to sleep until 4 in the morning. :?
