Bazbeaux Pizza----simply incredible. I am from Chicago and they put everything here to shame. There is one downtown and one in Broadripple. The menu is eclectic and ingredients are terrific:

St. Elmo's Steakhouse---pricey...yes...but worth a splurge. Better than Mortons and I love Mortons.

The one and only time I went to Indianapolis, I went to a biker bar that had karaoke. I really REALLY wish I could remember the name. But obviously I had to get pretty shitfaced to go to a biker bar that had karaoke in the first place.

Oh, and I can confirm Sawyer's claims about St. Elmo's. :D

    heh....just more local choices

I love St Elmo's but honestly you can get a steak at Longhorn that is just as good....St Elmo's does have great shrimp cocktail though

Bonge's is just fucking weird.....literally in the middle of nowhere but damn it's good
