I went a few years without renewing mymembership 9I simply forgot), but I renewed it today. I assume I will not be eligible for pre-sale for the spring dates. Is my assumption correct?

    Correct. But you'll be eligible for any shows which are announced while you ARE a member.

    Typically they give us a 24+ hour warning called a "tweet" on this board when they're about to announce things, so people get their affairs in order. Here's the one from a few days ago:

    Drat. How about us on the grace period? I expired Feb 27th and spaced the renewal for a week. I'm guessing I'll be in the general onsale cattle line. Serves me right! But does anyone know for sure? I didn't lose my senority or anything, just missed the cutoff on renewing.

    They usually have a 1 month or a little longer grace period. But you say above you went a few years. Which one is it?

    About 10 years ago I let mine lapse briefly, and they let me keep my number when I contacted them at the time I was renewing. I think they understand a brief lapse. A few months or longer... and it's a reset button for you.

    Call them. They have a phone number. Or email them. Tell them your specific old number - make it easy for them to do it for you.

    I'm not the OP, just trying to figure it out if my brief lapse (similar to yours) is going to lock me out come Monday. Seeing it's so close, I think I can probably wait the few hours and just try to purchase tickets 8-)
